Who we are
DW Funnel is a funnel design studio. This policy explains what we collect when you visit this site or contact us, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you submit a build request or message us, we collect the details you choose to share: your name, email, optional WhatsApp number, and information about your business and offer. We also collect technical submission data such as IP address, approximate location, browser type, device type, timezone, referral page, and basic site behaviour on your device (for example visit count, time on site, and scroll depth) to process enquiries and reduce spam. We store an anonymous visitor ID in your browser to count return visits on the same device. Build requests are processed through our site and delivered by email; WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy. This site does not run advertising trackers.
How we use it
We use your information to review your request, scope and deliver your build, and follow up about your enquiry. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties beyond the tools named above.
Retention and your rights
We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to serve you. You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by contacting us through the channels on the main page.

The service
DW Funnel designs and builds landing pages, funnels, tracking, and follow-up systems. Every engagement is defined by a written scope agreed after we review your request. That scope, together with these terms, forms the agreement.
Ownership
On full payment, everything we build for you belongs to you: the page, the assets, the copy, the tracking configuration, and the automations, deployed on accounts you control.
Results
We build systems designed to convert and we show our reasoning at every step. Marketing outcomes depend on factors beyond the page, including your offer, pricing, and traffic, so specific revenue outcomes are not guaranteed.
Portfolio use
Unless your scope says otherwise, we may show non-confidential parts of your build in our portfolio. Ask us for a confidentiality clause in your build request if you need one.
Liability
Our total liability under any engagement is capped at the fees you paid for that engagement.
